Terms of use and sales
Effective 28 October 2026. These terms apply to bizpanama.com and to anything you buy from Biz Panama, which is operated by BizTour Panamá, S.A., Panama City, Panama. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.
General information only
The site gives general information about Panama, including residency, business regimes, real estate, taxes and travel. It is not legal, tax, investment or immigration advice. Using the site, or having a free consultation, does not create a lawyer-client, advisor-client or other professional relationship. Rules and requirements change, so confirm current details with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before you act.
When we introduce lawyers, accountants, notaries or other professionals, they are independent. You contract with them directly and they are responsible for their own work. Property descriptions are not offers, availability and prices can change, and we do not guarantee returns, values or outcomes.
Free consultation and services
The free consultation is a first conversation about your goals. We arrange it after you send the contact form, and we may decline a request. Paid services are described on the services page, and the scope of each is confirmed with you by email.
Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are made through PayPal, and PayPal sends your receipt. Digital products are delivered to a private page right after payment is confirmed. Services are scheduled with you by email.
Courses and digital products
Our courses are education only. They do not promise any result or income. Anything about trading or investing explains how to test ideas and is not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Investing involves risk, including the loss of money, and you are responsible for your own decisions. Course access is for your personal use: please do not share your access or resell the material.
Refunds and cancellations
If you paid and did not receive access, or a product does not work as described, write to info@bizpanama.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will fix it or refund your payment. The fee for a discovery call is credited toward a package if you continue. A tour or concierge deposit is credited to the total we quote you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, write to us as early as you can: we will move your date where we can, or refund the deposit if we cannot provide the service. Refunds go back to the PayPal payment you made.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. Do not copy it in bulk, interfere with how it works, or try to access parts of it that are not meant for you.
Ownership and photo credits
The text, design and course material on this site belong to BizTour Panamá, S.A. unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to link to our pages. Photos taken from Wikimedia Commons keep their own licences, and the photographer, licence and source are shown under each photo.
Links to other sites
We link to other sites and services, such as PayPal and Amazon. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and our products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, and the courts of Panama City have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country say otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here applies to your use of the site and to purchases made after its effective date.
